operating duty:
1. Develop, implement, and implement various rules and regulations related to equipment management;
2. Responsible for handling equipment accidents and rewarding and punishing equipment maintenance;
3. Responsible for the renovation, production, installation, and debugging of equipment and facilities in the production department's technical renovation plan;
4. Responsible for guiding, supervising, and inspecting the technical work of equipment management engineers and maintenance personnel;

Qualification:
